Margaret was a primary school teacher for 30 years. She loves Radio 4, her garden and her cat, Biscuit.

Margaret washes her face and hands herself. Staff help with back, legs and feet. Prefers a strip wash to a shower, warm water, lavender soap.

Uses a walking frame indoors. Staff check footwear and clear walkways each visit. Report any fall to the office immediately.

Blister pack prompted at breakfast and lunch. Record on MAR. Contact office if refused twice.

Soft diet. Likes porridge with honey. Aim for 1.5L fluids per day; record on chart.
