See the real product
These are actual screens from My Care Manager, shown with made-up example data from a fictional agency, Maple Grove Home Care.
The dashboard — today at a glance
When a manager signs in they see today's visits straight away: how many are allocated, completed, still due, and any missed visits or alerts. The coloured ring shows the percentage of the day's visits completed, and every number opens the list behind it.

The roster — drag and drop
Build the week by dragging visits between carers and times. Unassigned visits sit in their own row at the top so nothing is forgotten. Visits stay as drafts until you publish them — carers only see their visits once published. Contracted hours show next to each carer.

Clients — everyone in one place
Every person you support, with their status, visit schedule and next review. Search and filter by status, and click through to a full client file.

The client file
Each client has their own file: important information at the top (allergies, diagnosis, contacts, DNACPR), then the assessment, care plan, medication, outcomes, visits, daily notes and documents down the side. Private details like date of birth and address stay hidden until tapped.

The inbox — nothing slips through
Alerts land here automatically: a visit that ended with no check-in, an unallocated visit, a flagged note, a review due. Mark each one action needed, in progress or resolved — with a note — so the whole team knows it's dealt with.

Mileage — worked out from the roster
Mileage is estimated automatically from each carer's visits in order each day, at 45p a mile. Carers can correct a figure with a reason, and managers approve or reject before it goes to pay.
